Thanks guys!!!!! It made my hearth glad that you guys could take out time from ur busy schedules to not only to remember my birthday but also to send me a card!

Well this day was special to me in many ways, first it gave me another oppurtunity to evaluate myself against my set goals, secondly, the result of that evaluation gave me a focus and direction for the health workers sensitisation programme we were organising on the provison of Adolescent Friendly Health Services (in terms of the key issues facing young people) and finally i had a quite evening dinner with my family.

That in a nut shell was how the day went.
